Full House Group is thrilled to announce that thanks to our generous poker players we have helped raise more than $200,000 for Save Our Sons!
In 2013 Full House Group commenced a community partnership with Save Our Sons. We asked our APL, 888PL and Pub Poker players to unite and help us support them in their efforts to find a cure for Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy (DMD).
DMD is a degenerative muscular disease that mostly affects young boys, and heartbreakingly it has a 100% mortality rate at present. To date there is no known cure but Save Our Sons is working on changing that by providing funding for the world’s first clinical trial which has the potential to make an enormous impact on the life expectancy of these youngsters, and will certainly assist in improving their quality of life.
After three years running our $5 Bonus Chips Week we are thrilled to announce we have passed the $200,000 mark, all of which will go to Save Our Sons. We came into this year’s promotion needing to raise $45,000 and the support was incredible.
We couldn’t have achieved this wonderful result without the support of our players and we would like to thank everyone who participated. Your generosity will make a huge difference to kids in need. |
